Pricing

Rezque reserves the right to set pricing according to what has been published. All overages beyond a pricing plan will be charged an additional $0.10 per SMS and $0.05 per Email.

Limitations

In no event shall Rezque or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Rezque’s website, even if Rezque or a Rezque authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Sales and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales made through rezque.com are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our platform, including but not limited to app purchases, add-ons, or subscription fees.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances where the user can provide conclusive proof that the app or add-on is not functioning as advertised. To be eligible for a refund consideration:

1. Users must provide clear, detailed screenshots demonstrating the malfunction or issue.
2. A comprehensive, step-by-step description of the problem must be submitted, including any error messages received.
3. Evidence that the user has attempted to resolve the issue through our customer support channels must be provided.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Subscription Cancellations

It is the sole responsibility of the user to cancel their own subscription. Rezque.com is not responsible for canceling subscriptions on behalf of users. Failure to cancel a subscription will result in continued charges, and these charges are not eligible for refunds.

No Refunds for Unused Services

No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period or for services that have not been utilized.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Rezque’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Rezque does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Rezque may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Rezque does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Rezque has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Rezque of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Usage

By using rezque for google calendar appointment reminders, the user accepts full responsibility for any text messages sent without the consent of the recipient. Rezque is not responsibile for sms messages sent without the proper collection of permission.
