The add-on requests only the permissions needed to send reminders on your behalf. We use these in line with Google's Limited Use requirements.

What the add-on can access

  • Send email on your behalf — used exclusively to deliver reminder emails to your event attendees.
  • Read and edit calendar events — used to identify upcoming events and attach reminder metadata.
  • Run as a Calendar add-on — required for the add-on UI to appear inside Google Calendar.
  • Run when you are not present — needed so reminders can be sent on their scheduled triggers (hourly).
  • Basic account info — your primary email address, language, and timezone for accurate reminder delivery.

Rezque's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
