By accessing or using the services provided by Rezque ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Rezque provides AI-powered phone reception and scheduling services for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• all activities that occur under your account
• ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including telecommunications and recording laws

4. Payment and Billing

Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rezque be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
